	Who We Are
	Ask us for a free estimate Adam Rossi, President Adam is responsible for the company's marketing and sales strategy. He manages all company marketing and advertising campaigns, customer relations, strategic partners, and vendor price negotiations. He has responsibility for customer sales, including project pricing, benchmark cost analysis, material selection, and contract negotiations. Adam also manages strategic design/build relationships with all architects and engineers. Prior to starting Front Range Home Enhancements, Adam graduated from the University of Dayton, Ohio with a Mechanical Engineering Degree and Commission in the United States Army Engineers, where he served as a platoon leader and company executive officer. Adam, and his wife, Julia enjoy sharing many outdoor activities throughout the year, spending much time in the mountains with friends.
	Rob Williams, Vice President of Finance and Procurement Rob manages the company's financial health, including company accounts, payroll, and tax requirements. He also is responsible for maintaining FRHE's insurance policies and enforcing subcontractors' policies. Rob also serves as the company's Human Resource Administrator, responsible for employee health benefits, and the workman's compensation plan. He is responsible for major expense purchases and capital procurement, and is in charge of company vehicles. Prior to starting Front Range Home Enhancements, Rob was an operations director for Qwest, and an operations manager at General Electric. Rob graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a degree in Marine Engineering, and served as a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy. Rob and his wife, Tina, have two children, Katie and Robbie. Rob and Tina also spend much of their free time with friends, enjoying dinner out, and they find plenty of time to enjoy their condo in the mountains.
	Matt Rossi, Vice President of Operations Matt is responsible for project management of all construction operations. He has responsibility for field operations, subcontractor management, licensing and permit requirements. Prior to joining FRHE, Matt has held project and program manager positions for First Data Corp. and ICG Communications with duties ranging from customer and vendor relations, task management, product development and launch, to cross-functional project team leadership. Matt earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from Ohio University. Matt and his wife Hallie share many likes, from mountain biking and skiing, to spending time with their two dogs. Matt and Hallie are the group's social trendsetters.
	Charlie Beecher, Enterprise Division Manager Charlie manages all customer relations for enterprise projects including basement finishes and home renovations. His primary responsibility to our clients is to support the entire sales process from design and budget through construction. He is also responsible for directing marketing and advertising efforts, as well as pre and post construction communications. Charlie comes to the company with 9 years experience in client support positions. A Montana native, Charlie earned his Bachelors degree in Business Marketing from Montana State University of Billings. He and his wife Kacey enjoy mountain hiking, skiing, hiking, hunting, and fly-fishing. They spend their free time enjoying the outdoors with their Brittany Spaniels.
